Abstract
The design of financial regulations, national and international, had to accommodate the need to develop policies to prevent and combat the phenomenon of terrorism. The financial war on terrorism, which was born of the experience of the international war against drugs and organised crime, in progress for at least the past two decades, was instituted on the basis of four fundamental assumptions. In this article we have taken a multidisciplinary approach to analyse the robustness of these assumptions, inquiring into the causes and effects, to derive then the consequences for policy.File in questo prodotto:
