Italy, together with Finland, Denmark, Sweden and South Korea, is one of the leading Nations with the highest rates of mobile technologies adoption. Evidences about mobile technology diffusion and the value of VAS market provide a clear image of the convergent mobile technologies development and diffusion. From this standpoint we consider convergent mobile technologies as IT artifacts in which different multimedia features and services converge in a single mobile device. Thus, the concrete success of convergent mobile technologies relies upon the extent to which individual users develop positive attitude toward a convergent IT artifact, contributing to its diffusion process. In order to explain the adoption process of this new IT artifact is at first necessary to study the individuals’ attitude formation at first (Karahanna et al., 1999). The primary purpose of this study, therefore, is to present empirical evidence that individual beliefs exhibit significant impacts on individual attitude toward convergent mobile technologies. Moreover, according to Fishbein and Ajzen (1975) we predict the existence of a significant relationship between individual attitude and intention to use.

Abstract
Moreover, according to Fishbein and Ajzen (1975) we predict the existence of a significant relationship between individual attitude and intention to use.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
