The primary aim of this research is to offer an overview of the reflections gained from the economic literature on accounting regulation and financial reporting. In the work, we analyze the relationships of dependence or independence measuring efficiency, productivity of title of electricity on communications to financial markets and the inluences on local Public Administration governance;in order to check the role and the evolutionary dynamics .
