This work analyses, through the lenses of comparative constitutional law, the ongoing trends that impact on the traditional idea of war, taking into account also the recent Russian Ukrainian conflict. Hence, this work aims at shedding light on current transformations – if not distortions – of this concept as well as on its possible future developments.
