This Chapter deals with sources of EU law. First of all, it makes a distinction between primary and secondary EU sources. Then, it analyses each source specifically (regulations, directives, decisions, recommendations and opinions). The last part of this Chapter is dedicated to the relationship between European law and Italian law.
