Glass Hostaria is a Michelin-starred restaurant based in Trastevere, a neighborhood in Rome renowned for its stereotypical and fake traditional trattorias. The continuous growth in quality and popularity led Glass to gain a Michelin star, a result that was hoped but unexpected.
