Abstract
Here we focus upon “virtual work,” a term which commonly describes an approach to managing and configuring organizational human resources and work activities beyond the spatial, temporal and legal boundaries of the firm. We identify five key dimensions and capabilities for virtualization from the literature and introduce a Virtual Alignment Model (VAM) which guides practitioners and researchers to map strategic need for virtual organization with current level of virtuality and capabilities for further virtualization.File in questo prodotto:
