Abstract

The objective of this volume is to analyse the robustness of the four postulates that form the basis for the financial war on terrorism, investigating possible origins and effects in order to then gauge the effectiveness of the design of regulatory policy. To do this, we must study the relationship existing between international movements of capital and the role of offshore centres, with respect to three different themes: the financing of terrorism, the laundering of capital criminal and tax competition.
