This article reviews a new book. The book is a particularly welcome addition to the growing literature on the financial war against terrorism and organized crime. The book is organized in three parts. First the authors describe the economics of money laundering; then they offer a review of the evolution in the international effort against the black global finance, and finally recommendations for improvement in the anti-money laundering regimes are provided.
