The article shows that this new deal confirms the leading role of the U.S. in the global fight against transnational corruption made by corporations and the ancillary role of the other foreign countries. Moreover, the deal provides some features that are becoming increasingly frequent in this type of agreements and constitute a sort of a new global anti-bribery compliance model.
