The article analyses the conditions under which competition law finds application in labour markets. Specifically, in order to interpret antitrust law as a coherent and consistent system of principles and rules, the article applies to labour markets the logic that antitrust scholars customarily carry out in relation output markets, even though the antitrust community currently knows little about how labour markets work and has not yet made clear policy choices as to its enforcement priorities.
