In this guest editorial the author explains why he believes that Brexit is ripping up the unwirtten constitution of the United Kingdom. Fron the referendum itself which violates the Good Friday Peace Agreement to the attempt to trigger Art. 50 TUE through the Royal Prorogative each step of the procedure with which the UK is attempting to withdraw from the European Union is putting the British constitutional sytem under strain.

Abstract
In this guest editorial the author explains why he believes that Brexit is ripping up the unwirtten constitution of the United Kingdom.
