'Tavina S.p.A.' is a case study that relates the issues of valuing a company in the Food & Beverage industry. The participants, playing the role of financial advisors, have to tackle these different tasks: - To conduct a business analysis of the company and its business environment in order to get the main data and to assess the assumptions for the valuation; - To evaluate the company using the DCF approach; - To evaluate the company using the multiples approach; - To compare the results of the DCF and multiples approaches; - To produce a financial conclusion regarding the value of the company.
