Abstract
We propose an organizational-level, knowledge-based approach to interpreting corporate entrepreneurship processes. We adopt the concept of absorptive capacity – potential and realized – to identify the microfoundations of opportunity recognition and exploitation. We conclude by discussing five microfoundations of corporate entrepreneurship, suggesting avenues through which entrepreneurial processes can be investigated and deliberately strengthened by organizational agents.File in questo prodotto:
