Report of the results of a survey of target users' opinions of the case study organization's two major information technology (IT) initiatives designed to support virtualization. In addition to canvassing opinions about the IT initiatives, support for alternative approaches to improving knowledge sharing within organization, with or without IT, were gauged. The most strongly supported initiatives did not involve IT, but increased opportunities for face-to-face meeting.
