The second part of the includes a series of exercises or a simulation on the processes mentioned to give students the opportunity to try their hand at managing a McDonald's restaurant, experiencing the complexity of the sales forecast process and the trade-offs between cost and service to be managed when taking decisions on staffing and on production planning and execution.
