Urban models and public–private partnerships

We have recently worked on a model of urban interpretation based on different variables that explain urban dynamics and the competitive advantage or decline of urban systems. In globalization the world is divided into urbanization or urban implosion. The increase or obsolescence of the functions determines the urban dynamics of developing (urbanization) or developed countries (urban implosion).
